SCRIPTURES NEEDED: 800 Greek New Testaments and 400 Hebrew Old Testaments
For Christian pastors, educators and translators to be well educated, it is essential for them to read, study and understand the Bible in the original languages. To fill this great need, we are providing Hebrew and Greek Scriptures to students at universities and colleges in Canada.
For many, the presentation of the Greek New Testament marks an important milestone in their academic maturity in service to God. With your urgently needed support, we can help students share Gods message, helping to shape the hearts of the next generation.
I very much appreciate the ministry of the Canadian Bible Societys Greek New Testament program and all that it brings to the students learning environment. My students bring their Greek New Testaments to class, learning how to read the text-critical footnotes and examining syntactical components of some key biblical texts.
