Director's Outlook
For the future of the BC District, we are working towards providing more resources for Christians, local churches and those who are not familiar with the Bible through various programs and events. Some of these events are, Walk-Through the Bible Seminars, Awareness Banquets, Missions Fest and special speakers.
We are also providing Greek New Testaments and Hebrew Bibles for students in a number of Universities and Colleges throughout the Lower Mainland and the Okanagan Valley and as the need arises we intend to make them available to other academic institutions. We will also be looking at providing Bibles for ministries such as ESL classes and Pew Bibles for churches.
We are also helping to provide all of the New Testaments, Gospels of Mark and Youth Magazines for the thousands of visitors coming in February to the 2010 Vancouver/Whistler Winter Olympic Games Our Fund Raising events will be through Special Awareness Banquets, Bike for Bibles, Walk/Run-a-Thons, Rallies and Festivals of Praise.
