This Bible Sunday you can unlock a treasure chest full of free materials to help your church discover more of the Bible’s rich treasures.

Based on Psalm 119, the theme is “Buried Treasure?” – inviting all ages to unlock the riches of the Bible in order to know God better.  Below are just a few examples of the available resources.

• Sermon outline – background information based on Psalm 119
• Children’s activities – imaginative/interactive ideas for large or small groups
• Youth resources – engaging, hands-on materials specifically for young people
• Drama sketches – ideal for all-age services or youth meetings

PLUS – Jamaica’s inspiring sidewalk Sunday School video, where the streets of Kingston are turned into Sunday Schools every week.  This short video shows how the Bible is impacting lives – inviting your church to help young people around the world receive the Bible – the real treasure!

The resources are free, as part of our vision to see the Bible transform the lives of people everywhere. But, we need the generosity of churches to make this happen, and to continue our work in Canada and around the world.  That’s why one month prior to your Bible Sunday, CBS will send you gift envelopes so that your church can play their part too.  Each member of your congregation will also receive a thank-you bookmark.
