In 1966 Bill, his wife Hazel and their four-year-old son immigrated to Canada from Reading, England. Bill is a graduate of International Bible College, Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. He also studied at Ontario Bible College, Toronto and completed other studies through correspondence. He is an ordained minister with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada.

Bill joined the staff of Crossroads Christian Communications Inc. (100 Huntley Street, Christian television) in 1982 where he served for close to 10 years in fundraising. After that, Bill served for two and a half years as Crossroads Area Director for Kitchener-Waterloo, and for a further three years as Regional Director for British Columbia.

In December 1997, Bill became the CBS District Director in British Columbia. In this capacity, Bill travels extensively throughout BC recruiting volunteers and ministering in many churches; raising awareness of the Society's commitment to translate, publish, distribute and encourage the use of the Bible.

Bill believes that the Bible is God's powerful unchanging Word that shows the way of Salvation and man's eternal destiny. He looks forward to a day when all people in the world have the Bible in the language of their heart.

Bill has been married to his wife Hazel for 45 years and they are presently living in the Surrey-White Rock area. They have three children and two grandchildren. Bill enjoys cycling and he is an enthusiastic participant in the annual BC Bike for Bibles rides.
